Artistic Director

Patrick Paulus is the Gil Scott-Heron Fellow and Artistic Director at The Bay Window, where he brings a wealth of experience in facilitation, curation, and cultural program design to his volunteer work developing and leading community engagement activities. His focus on lifelong learning and cross cultural communication is accented by a deep appreciation for literature, film, and music. He frequently participates in advocacy work and attends community stakeholder meetings to help promote reading for pleasure and highlight the benefits of non-institutional curation across the arts and culture sector.

Paulus is also a novelist, and the anthologist responsible for compiling Strange Bedfellows: Contemporary Tragedy and The Commercial Determinants of Health -- a collection of 22 contemporary films touching upon social issues.
